Betty was my first born Cousin on my Daddys side of our family, who was just like a sister to me.  And then we all grew up and went our different directions in life. But, we managed to always stay in touch no matter the distance.  I have many fond/fun memories that we have shared over the years. The one that comes to mind that I loved was at Walter and Deanna's house one summer, is the big swimming pool in thier back yard. Two grown Grandma's splashing in the pool like kids again.  I can still see the expression on her face when I decided to dunk her. She told everyone  that I was trying to drown her. We laughed so much... Those moments were so much fun for both of us.  Whenever we spoke,  we always shared precious memories as Grandmother's. We may have lived miles apart,  but our hearts remembered that we are and always will be family.  I'm sad that my dear Cousin is no longer with us, but I will miss her,  and I will "never" forget her.  I know that my Nino, her Daddy, my Uncle Emmett,  along with many other loving family members who have also earned thier wings welcomed my Cousin with open arms into the Heavens above.  I love you Betty... you will be dearly missed.   Fly with the angels my beautiful Cousin.  God has you in his arms now.
