Betty (Stovall) Haynes, 63, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on January 25, 2023 after a strong battle with cancer.

Betty was born on May 31, 1959 to Sendy McDaniels and L.D. Stovall in Scottsville, KY. Eventually her and her family moved to Indianapolis, IN in August 1971. In 1975, she became a mother to her first beautiful daughter, Larecca Stovall. Later she was able to finish school and obtain her GED from Crispus Attacks HS around 1980. After obtaining her GED, she did take a few classes at ITT Technical Institute.

In 1976, she met Wayman Haynes (her now husband). After establishing their relationship, together they had another beautiful daughter, Latonia (Stovall) Price in 1982. After several years, they finally wed on May 23, 1992. Betty dedicated her life to being a strong and wonderful mother and wife. Betty believed in family and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Betty was funny, loving, strong-willed, and only wanted the best for everyone -- friends and family alike. Betty was predeceased by Margaret Stovall, Jim McDaniels, and Brenda Stott. She is survived by Phil Stovall, David Stovall, and Laura Carter.
