I've had the great blessing of knowing Betty for over four decades. I met her through her daughter Shirley when we were both pre teens, since then Shirley and I have been best friends all of our lives.
My fondest memories of Betty is how she deeply loved her family and extended family, which I have greatly appreciated to be part of.
Betty had such a great sense of humour and always made people laugh and smile. She was also very generous, loyal, out spoken, and gifted in countless ways.
Family dinners and get together's were always more special when she attended. Betty and her entire family taught me what a real and loving family should be like, thank you to each of you, love you all very much!❤❤❤❤❤
Across the miles was never a problem in my connection with Betty who I first met in the 70’s. A lady who made me and my parents and sister welcome on our visits to Canada and all of our subsequent visits to the family. Betty could tell wonderful tales of her life and adventures and raise laughter amongst her loved ones. Never one to suffer fools she would speak openly if something didn’t agree with her and discuss her opinion. Her son and daughters and their families will miss her as we in England shall. Michael and I send our thoughts and love to everybody and are certain she will remain in theirs and our hearts eternally. Peace to all. Susan
We are sorry we are unable to be with you at this sad time but you are all in our thoughts. With love and affection, from Pat and Michael Eleanor and Frances.
Dearest Betty, you will be sorely missed, you were a fun loving person who loved her family more than anything. You were the true matriarch of the family that kept them altogether. Your life should be celebrated and looked upon with love from all who knew you in your life. Love maureen and Alan ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
