It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful death of Bettie Lewis Dally (Wright) age 77: a wife, mother, sister, and nana, on April 22, 2025 in Florida. Bettie was born on June 20, 1947, in Louisville, KY to the late Oscar and Cornelia "Neally" Coleman Wright and was raised with her late sisters Edith Wright Honaker and Barbara Wright Treadway.

Her memory will be cherished and carried on by those she is survived by: her husband Christopher Lewis Dally "Chris", her daughters Lisa Dally Crescitelli and Kristen Dally Strickland (Chris), her sister Paula Wright Schwartz , and her granddaughters Olivia Rose Crescitelli, Josie Coleman Crescitelli, and Elenore Riley Strickland "Ellie".

As a 1969 college graduate of Transylvannia University in Lexington, KY, Bettie was committed to her education and was proud of her accomplishments. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion. After graduation, Bettie married Chris in 1970 and accompanied him while he completed his military service and subsequent employment.

Bettie will be remembered for her commitment to and love of family. Her life served as an example of that. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will forever be a testament to a life of commitment and love. We love you Bettie/Mom/Nana.

We have decided to have a private family gathering on her birthday 🎂 June 20th, 2025 in NC to honor & celebrate her life. 💜
