It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bethany Hernandez, who left us far too soon on August 26, 2023. Born on September 7, 2003, Bethany was a radiant light, her life a testament to her indomitable spirit and eternal optimism. She was a warrior, teaching all those around her to be courageous even in the face of darkness.

Bethany's personality was effervescent, warming the hearts of everyone she met with her bubbly demeanor and infectious laughter. She was a beacon of kindness, bringing joy and sunshine to every room she entered. Her smile, an emblem of her spirit, will be profoundly missed. We are grateful for the moments we shared, the love she spread, and the lessons she left us with.

She is survived by her mother and father Juan Antonio Hernandez and Marlene Hernandez, and her brothers Juan, Jet, and Jerrett, amongst other family and friends who were touched by her life. Juan and Marlene, like all of us, will carry Bethany's memory in her heart, honoring her by living out the values that Bethany championed in her life.
