Beryl Z. Dennis passed away on April 29, 2025 at the age of 93 in Hillsboro Beach, Fl. She was born on Aug. 7, 1931 to the late Herbert and Thelma Zebley of Interlaken, NJ. Beryl graduated from nursing school and worked as a Head Nurse at South Amboy Memorial Hospital for many years, where her husband Jamie Dennis also worked as a hospital volunteer on weekends, which afforded him the opportunity to spend more time with her. Beryl and Jamie regularly attended the Community Presbyterian Church in Deerfield Beach, Florida and volunteered in the Church office and drove members to various appointments. Beryl went with her family on many enjoyable vacations in Little Dix Bay, DisneyWorld, Europe, Alaska and on cruise ships to various tourist spots.  The photo at the top of this page shows Beryl and Jamie on the Conch Tour Train in Key West, Florida. She was an avid card player and enjoyed playing Bridge with her friends. Beryl is predeceased by her husband, Jamie Dennis, and survived by three children and 2 stepchildren, 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren, four great -grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren and she was blessed to spend time with all of them shortly before she passed.
