Bernice Marie Lawless, a long-time resident in Bell Buckle, Tennessee,

passed away at 93 years old on January 3rd, 2024.

Bernice was born in Wisconsin and grew up helping with the family dairy farm. After high school she received a degree in nursing.

Her life took her to all corners of the country including California, Maryland, Alabama, Minnesota, Wisconsin and eventually Tennessee. While in Tennessee, Bernice began her very own home rental business in addition to her work as a nurse. She retired as a VA-nurse and continued working on her rental business.

Bernice was a go-getter who never slowed down. She was determined to leave behind a legacy for her children and to give them a better life.

Bernice was preceded in death by her sons John Lawless and Daniel Lawless. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Wright, her son Jim

Lawless, her nine grandkids and her 13 great-grandkids.
