Bernard was born on April 09, 1957 to Bernardo Sanchez Sr. and Mary Alice Martinez at Family Hospital in Mexicali, Mexico. Bernard meet his future wife, Diana Garcia Sanchez. Diana and Bernard met while at a vacation in Cancun and married after 1 year. Diana and Bernard went on to have 1 daughter. The family requests donations be made to help cover funeral expenses in lieu of flowers or other sympathy gifts.
