It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Benjamin Pierce who left us on February 1, 2026, born on March 11, 1955. He was a beacon of kindness, humor, and love midst his family, friends, and anyone fortunate enough to have known him. His passion for music, particularly his adept guitar playing, often served as a joyful soundtrack to the lives of those around him. His departure is a void that will be tremendously missed.

Benjamin was preceded in death by his revered parents, Edward Pierce and Stella Ruth Pierce, and daughter in law, Heidi Pierce. Their legacy continues through the fruitful family they left behind. He is survived by his cherished sister, Becky Jones. His legacy lives on through his loving children; daughters Mindy Roper, and sons Trevor Pierce, Shelby Pierce, and Zachary Pierce.

In addition, Benjamin was blessed with a multitude of grandchildren who he loved dearly; granddaughters Kylee Munger, Riley Wright, and Elisabeth Pierce, and grandsons Christopher Pierce, Kalob Brantly, Kolby Pierce, Trey Roper, and Austin Roper. His great-great grandsons, Ezekiel Brantly, and Braxton Munger.  His love extended to his children's spouses, son-in-law Aubrey Roper and daughter-in-law Sheila Pierce, who were like his own children. His beloved nieces, Cynthia Stephens, Charlotte Stephens and nephew Christopher Jones. 

Benjamin's unparalleled sense of humor, melodious guitar chords, and unending love will continue to echo in the hearts of his family and friends. His kindness and loving nature will forever be remembered, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Though he may no longer be physically with us, his compassionate spirit lives on through the lives of the family he adored, and the many friends he touched.
