Beloved husband, father, brother and friend Ben (Baha) Diab passed away Sunday, October 2nd 2022.

Baha Diab was born July 19, 1937 in Jaffa, Palestine to Muhyelden and Yousra (Shatilla) Diab. Baha preceded in death by his beloved sister Mahason Diab and brother Ihsan Diab.

On September 10th, 1967 at the Wayside Chapel in Palos Park, IL Ben married “His Queen” Patricia Kooyenga.

Ben is survived by his wife Patricia Diab; and his 4 children, Rick Diab, Amalie Lipstreu, Michael Diab and Michelle Diab; and grandson Nicholas Sennett

He was a hard-working Union Man and retired  in 2007.

Ben was a HUGE Chicago Cubs fan and overall, a sports fanatic! Anyone that knew him will attest to his love of the game; he also loved pinochle and cribbage.

Ben’s “Celebration of Life” Memorial will be held on Saturday, October 29th from 12-3pm at:
