Belinda Ann (Tift) Wismar, age 47, passed away in her home on Monday, May 31, 2021 after a brief but courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born June 5, 1973 in Nashua, New Hampshire, was the daughter of Irene Piper, stepdaughter of James Charles Piper IV, and the late William Tift.
