Ms. Belinda “MiMi/Ms Bee/Bernadette” Peters, 69 of Hartford departed this life on Sunday, December 29, 2019. She leaves to cherish her Children: Bridget Peters–Brooks (Anthony), Todd Peters & Kelvin Peters; Katherine Miller-Jones (Andre), Danielle Bryant (Marlon); Sisters: Sandra Smith, Sheila Smith Donna Smith and Rose Smith; Brothers: Kevin Smith & James Smith along with (21) Grandchildren, (10) Great-Grandchildren a host of Nieces, Nephews other Relatives and closest of Friends. She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Peters, Sr; her mother, Mattie R. Peters-Dudley; brothers Ramond Peters, Jr and Jefffey Peters; sister, Charlotte Bridges.
Belinda was loved and known by many and will be greatly missed. One of her many talents included her being an excellent “seamstress” those in Hartford and abroad knew if you needed something to be made Ms Belinda was the one to make it. She also took pride in hairdressing, she was an all hands on deck kind of woman with a sass like no other. Belinda touched the lives of many. We will cherish her memories and may she rest in peace with the Lord…
