Belinda Newhouse Mangum, age 73, of Mint Hill, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024.

Belinda was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1970, she graduated from Garinger High School.  Joining AT&T as a Data Analyst provided a rewarding career in which she retired from. At age 60, she graduated from King's College in 2010 on the Dean's List of Excellence, earning her Associate's in Applied Science Degree for Medical Assisting.

She was a devoted member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Along, with attending mass, Belinda also enjoyed crafts, reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Belinda is survived by her husband, Glenn Mangum, Sr.; sons, Glenn, Jr. (Lisa) and Rodney Mangum; and grandsons, Cody, Christopher, Matthew, Ryan, and Zac Mangum.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 1 to 2 PM at McEwen Funeral Service- Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews Mint Hill Road Mint Hill, North Carolina 28227. A memorial Mass for Belinda will immediately follow.
