We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Bart Griffiths, who departed from us on January 4, 2026. Born on December 26, 1949, Bart lived a long and fulfilling life, touching the lives of many with his wisdom and kindness. making his loss deeply felt by all who knew him.

Bart was predeceased by his beloved wife, Linda Griffiths. His spirit will be carried forward with family. His son Michael Griffiths, and his cherished grandchildren, Lydia Chatterton and Shane Griffiths. Bart also leaves behind his brothers, Brian Griffiths, Larry Griffiths and Jimmy Griffiths 

Bart treasured time spent with those dear to him. His favorite pastime was scratch tickets and making home made gadgets to give to everyone. He also enjoyed woodworking in his home made shop, an activity that brought him countless hours of joy and excitement.

Bart frequently visited Salisbury Reservation, one of his favorite local spots. These trips served not only as a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us, but also as a source of peace and tranquility for Bart.

A funeral service for Bart will be held on February 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Saint Mary Church, Rectory, and Parish Offices Georgetown MA. Those who knew and loved Bart are welcomed to join us as we celebrate the life he led and the memories he leaves behind.

In these sorrowful times, we find solace in remembering a man who touched so many lives with his kindness, wisdom, and never-ending love. Bart Griffiths will be missed dearly by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. May his soul rest in peace and his memories live on forever in our hearts.
