Barry Lee Schenk “Bearman” passed away unexpectedly in his home Monday, July 12th at the age of 60. 

To know Barry was to love him. He was loyal, kind, and so incredibly generous with his time. His spirit will continue to live on through the lens of his beloved wife, Patricia Schenk, daughters Chelsea (Micah) Griffo, Hayley Schenk, and stepchildren Joshua (Melissa) Jaufmann, Abby Jaufmann (Timothy McGrath), Cassie Jaufmann, and Jakob Jaufmann. His grandchildren Henry & Hazel Griffo, Jordan & James Jaufmann, Gunner & Grace McGrath will grow up remembering him as the funny, warm, sweet, and genuine man that he was.

He will also be sorely missed by his parents, William (Joan) Schenk, Sheila Schenk, siblings, Julie (Ron) LaDeau and Brian (Alison) Schenk, their children, many cousins, and lifelong friends.

 A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 25 at Young Sommer Winery, 4287 Jersey Rd, Williamson NY 14589 from 12 pm-5 pm. All are welcome to come, share, and celebrate the amazing life and impact Barry had during his time.
