It is with great sadness that Barbara Elaine (Kincaid) Young passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 67, after a long battle with cancer. She was born the daughter of Lorna and Cecil Kincaid, grew up in Hallowell, the third of eight children. She was educated by the Hallowell School System then spent her adult life in Augusta raising her two daughters.
