Barbara "Bobbi" Jean Robbins (Garner), of Seymour, Tennessee, passed away on February 11, 2024. She was 72 years old.
Bobbi was born in San Francisco on May 20, 1951
A certified "Navy" brat, her family moved around quite a bit, living in Guam, Virginia, and Florida before settling down in Tennessee. In 1968, she graduated from Seymour High School and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 1988 with a bachelor's degree. She …
