Barbara Louise Nippress, age 68, died peacefully November 19 after a long battle with cancer. Barbara was born May 25, 1951 in Denver, Colorado to Helen and Jack (John W.) Handley. They lived in Mount Prospect, Illinois, Shenandoah, Iowa, and Hastings, Nebraska where she graduated high school. She graduated with Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Houston.
