Barbara J MacNicholl, 76, of Port Charlotte FL, died August 27, 2024. She was born on September 9, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Winthrop and Isabelle Lund.

She lived most of her life in Lowell MA. before relocating to FL. She enjoyed spending time at home with her sweet pup Scooby.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Cheri Mullin and husband Jay Garside of NH, her grandson Cody Mullin and girlfriend Taylor Whisenant of Port Charlotte FL, and her brother Paul Lund, along with several nieces and nephews

She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, John “Jack” MacNicholl, her daughter, Karen MacNicholl, her son Phillip Mullin, two sisters, Margo Barsalou and Anne Hayden, two brothers, Patrick Lund and Winthrop Lund.

Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to The Boston Children's Hospital.
