My fondest childhood memories include Barbara, especially at Christmas time when she and Tom decorated their home so beautifully, and offered their backyard to all the neighborhood children so we could sled down their hill.
My condolences Kathy and Lisa and the rest of their family.
Barbara was a shining light to all of us in our youth, Liz

We are so sad to learn of Barbara's passing. Though we never had the pleasure of meeting her, we felt we knew Barbara through Daniel's stories of her.  He often shared with us how kind and thoughtful she was to him, and what a beautiful spirit she had. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Please accept our deepest sympathies.

How lucky are we to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. You are etched so deeply into our hearts and we are eternally grateful to have learned from and loved you for all the days of our lives. You will stay with us forever in our hearts.
