Barbara Joanne Williams, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on January 26th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family in Mesa, Arizona, at the age of 86.

Born in Modesto, California, in 1937 to Vera and Fordyce White, Barbara spent most of her life in Modesto. She shared 55 wonderful years of marriage with her late husband, Myron Williams, until his passing in April 2010. In 2011, Barbara relocated to San Jose, California, to be near her daughters and grandchildren. She resided at Chai House in San Jose for 11 years, actively engaging with the senior community. In January 2022, Barbara moved to Mesa, Arizona, following her daughter Lori, who had recently relocated there.

Barbara will be fondly remembered for her ever-present smile, her easy-going nature, and her deep love for her family. She found joy in painting, sewing, swimming, and immersing herself in romance novels on her Kindle. Barbara cherished outings to the movies and shopping trips with her daughters.

Barbara is survived by her three daughters: Marla Williams, Lori Rodriguez (and son-in-law John), and Dana Bordona (and son-in-law Jeff), as well as her brother, Jim White. She leaves behind five adoring grandchildren: Clinton Hays, Christina Doyle, Sabrina Hines, Brandon Bordona, and Hayden Bordona. Barbara also had the joy of being a great-grandmother to four precious souls: Mathew, Silas, Kayla, and Alyssa.
