Barbara JoAnn Andrews, 75, of Apple Valley, MN, passed away on June 30th, 2023 after a multitude of different health issues.

Barbara was born on September 4th, 1948 to Patrick and Juanita McLaughlin in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Alphonous Rock High School

In 1979, she met John, and they wed in 1980, going on to have 3 children, Katie, Aaron, and Elizabeth. Elizabeth passed away after she was born.

Barb was a passionate and dedicated soccer referee and coach. When she wasn't on the field she could be found supporting her clients with intellectual disabilities at Opal Home Services. We will miss her greatly.

Barb is survived by her husband John and her two children Katie and Aaron. She also is survived by her two grandchildren Anastasiya and Rosalind.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to First Baptist Church in Rosemont MN. John has asked that in lieu of flowers, people provide support through the GoFundMe page has been set up to help with the medical and other expenses. There will be a memorial service at 1p on July 6th at First Baptist Church in Rosemont, MN. Please e-mail Katie Andrews if you are planning on attending or if you have any questions.
