Barbara “Babs” Jane Stephens, born June 30, 1955, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026.

Barbara—known lovingly as Babs—devoted her life to caring for others. For 40 years, she served as a labor and delivery nurse and NICU nurse, welcoming countless babies into the world and supporting families during their most tender moments. Her compassion, steadiness, and skill left a lasting imprint on both colleagues and the many lives she touched.
