It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mrs. Barbara "LaJuan" Insley who passed away on October 4, 2023. Born on August 24, 1951, LaJuan lived a beautiful and fulfilling life. She was a beacon of light in the lives of those fortunate to have known her. Her constant cheerfulness, loving nature, and resilient spirit will be remembered fondly.
LaJuan was predeceased by her adoring husband, Thorbon Insley. Her loss is deeply mourned by her daughter, Kimberly Dunbar, along with her granddaughter, Spencer Dunbar, and her grandson, James Yacobi. LaJuan's enduring love, strength, and perseverance continue to be an inspiration for her beloved family. Kimberly and her children fondly remember a woman who was not just a mother and a grandmother, but also a confidante, a guide, and a dear friend.
LaJuan was a beautiful soul who brought joy and happiness to the lives of many. She was an anchor in times of storm and a ray of sunshine during the peaceful lulls.
