Barbara Foster Frascella passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the age of 84. Born in Pennsylvania, she moved with her family to Jackson, Mississippi where she graduated from high school and attended Hinds Junior College. She had a career as a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines when she met her husband, Michael Frascella of New York City. In 1963 they moved to Tampa, Florida and later to Palm Harbor.
