Barbara Claire Goetz ( née Kish) of Boca Raton FL, passed away October 21st 2023. Survived by her beloved husband  Edward Goetz, her brother John J (Barbara) Kish and 12 nieces and nephews, 27 grand nieces and nephews and 10(soon to be 11) great grand nieces and nephews  that she doted on and special friends, Matt and Tricia Miclette and Wales Martindale who looked after Barb and Ed. Predeceased by her parents John J & Claire Kish, her sisters Patricia McGovern ( Dan) McFadden and T. Joan (Don) McFadden. 

Barbara was a dedicated teacher for 41 years teaching middle school through high school  and enjoyed sharing her love of history. She was an avid reader. A devout Catholic who cared for people in need and supported many worthy causes.

She raised exotic birds and loved her fruit trees. Sometimes she could even be found at a casino.

A funeral mass will be held on December 9th at 11 am at the chapel at St Joan of Arc Church in Boca Raton Florida.
