Barbara Lynn Mullins Brogan 69 of Winder, Ga formerly of Meadow Bridge, WV sadly left us on December 9th, 2023 in Gainesville, Ga due to chronic health issues. She was born on July 1st, 1954, in Hinton, WV to the late Leonard & Nila Mullins of Meadow Bridge, WV. She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Mullins and her sister Bonnie Gilkerson. She is survived by her son Brian Mullins (Kristi) of Leslie, WV, her daughter Cindy Brogan of Winder, GA   her sister Brenda Fleshman (Harrison) of Danese, WV, her Sister-in-Law Wanda Mullins of Green Sulfur Springs, WV, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many more family and friends.

Services for Barbara will be Monday December 18th, 2023, from 2-4 at Elton Community Church with the Rev Matt Taylor presiding. At 4 we will proceed to Patton Cemetery for burial of her cremated remains.
