Barbara Ann Briant (Woltring) March 4, 1933 - June 27, 2019, El Cajon, California, the gates of heaven have opened wide to welcome Barbara home. Barbara Briant was the only child of Lester and Olive Woltring born and raised in Wisconsin. Married a sailor, Ronald Ruegg and ended up spending the majority of her life in California.
