Barbara Perez, born July 16, 1957, passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 68.

Barbara was known for her wit, her stubborn streak, and her deep love for her family. She enjoyed spending time with them and took great joy in cooking for those she cared about.

She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Murray, her “sugar plum,” and Everett, whom she loved as one of her own; her sisters April and Bobby; her brother Darrell; several nieces and nephews; and many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara rejoins her beloved son Troy and other family in heaven.

Barbara spent most of her life in Tampa, Florida. She was strong in her faith, valued her church family, and will be remembered for her love, strength, and generous spirit.
