A year later doesn't change much for me. I miss one of the best friends I ever had greatly. I think of her often and the amazing legacy she left behind. Miss ya Barbie!

So sorry to read of Barb's passing. I remember so fondly the ladies, of which Barb was one, who were part of the "sidewalk moms" group who chatted on the sidewalk at the elementary school after getting our boys to school each morning... and the friendship gained from this experience. I have thought of Barb often over the years, and will cherish the memories I have from knowing her, and the friendship between William and Zach. I am so sorry for your loss. Her love for you will forever be with you!

Barb knew me my whole life. Loved me like one of her own. I however didn’t really get to know her until last year in 2023. She talked about how I grew up to be a beautiful woman. I now have her motorcycle, which she wanted to be passed down to me, and I know that I am going to cherish that for as long as I’m alive. My father and I even named her after Barb so that her memory will live on through her bike. Barb, I love you and miss you so much already and I promise to continue to make you proud. My condolences go out to my uncle Shawn who was a wonderful husband and uncle to me. Rest easy love. You will be missed ❤️

My Aunt Barbie was truly one of my favorite people in my life. She was my Idol growing up and I wanted to be just like her. I learned Gymnastics and cheer from her and carried it on for her in my school days!! She made blankets for my twin girls which they still sleep with to this day. I looked at her in awe all of my life and I will never forget the times we shared and will always love her and keep her in my heart!! I love you always!!

I have known Barb for years as we have been neighbors and over the years watching our kids grow up we became close friends. She was always smiling and never knew a stranger, loved her family deeply and told the best stories. Randy and I miss her greatly. She will always be in our hearts ❤️🥰 Shirley and Randy McNeff

I love the comment Eddie posted about walking into a room of strangers and knowing everything about them when she left. We met years ago, but haven’t seen much of each other for quite awhile, but no matter how many months/years passed she would still welcome me with that lovely smile! A truly infectiously happy person!

Barbie was the North Star of our family!! Her favorite breakfast was scrambled eggs or cream of wheat Her favorite dinner was spaghetti and meatballs with mom’s home made dinner rolls!! Barb could walk into a room of strangers and when it was time to go she would know everyone’s name and entire life story!!! She loved everyone she ever met!!! This paragraph does not do her justice as I have been writing down memories and experiences that filled 6 pages!!! We’re going to miss everything about you!!

Aunt Barbie I have so many amazing memories with you. You always took the time to play with me and my sister Jodi. You showed me how to do cartwheels, handsprings and many other gymnastic tricks. Your puppet shows were the best! I will miss your text messages with funny jokes and simply texting me to say "I love you". You added joy to my life. I love you and cherish all my memories with you.

Me and Sue are Barbie's 2nd cousins, once we were at a family event in a park and we were sitting in Eddie's car listening to music. Barbie was telling us about recently going to the Golden Earring concert and how much she and her boyfriend enjoyed it. Then Radar Love came on the radio that car was dancing it was so fun. So I know every time me or Sue hear Radar Love we think of Barbie. Got to say also we were very impressed with her gymnastics she amazed us. Love you always Barbie

Thank you for everything, mom. I'm grateful for every laugh you gave me, every piece of advice and every ounce of support. There's still so much more I wish I could have done, experienced, and shown you. But I know part of you will always be here with us. I'm sure I have so many more stories ahead of me to be written: comedies, tragedies, dramas, and satires. And I know you'll be there to read them with me.
