Babalola's obituary
Lola passed on to glory on August 16, 2021 after a brief illness. A most caring and selfless husband, father, brother, friend and benefactor, he was a source of inspiration to many who crossed his path during his sojourn on earth.
Lola gave his all to uplift others and made life more meaningful for many. There is not a single person who knew him who cannot recall a memory of his kindness and generosity. His calm presence was a constant solace to his family, friends, and community.
His sense of humour, and an ever present urge to provide support to all will be so sorely missed. Yet we take comfort in the indelible mark he left on the sand of time, which will remain present in the many generations he trained and mentored into being successful.
He is survived by his loving wife, Adebimpe Ogunleye, his sons — Tobi and Seyi Ogunleye — and numerous family members, friends and acquitances whose lives he touched.
