Born on August 12, 1984, Azaria preferred their given name but was affectionately known as Mo by their friends and family. Throughout their life, Azaria radiated warmth and kindness, touching the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing them.

Azaria's passing leaves an immense void in the lives of those they have left behind. They are survived by their loving brother, Dillion Green, who will continue to honor Azaria's memory and cherish the time they spent together.
