Background
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Augusta Nyong Bassey-Odokwo on March 15, 2025. Augusta was a beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, Aunty, and friend, who touched the lives of many with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit.
Augusta came to Canada to visit her only child, all attempts to secure insurance coverage were unsuccessful. As a result, the full cost of funeral expenses must now be covered out of pocket. We humbly ask for your support in helping us honor her memory with a proper farewell.
If you are able, please consider donating to assist with the funeral costs. Every bit of support is deeply appreciated during this difficult time.
