Audra's obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Audra "Audy" Zick on January 13, 2025. Born on July 1, 1983, Audra was a vibrant and much-loved member of our community. Known to be level-headed and the "responsible one". She brought a sense of joy and laughter everywhere she went.
Audra was a compassionate, nurturing, loving, and accepting person. Her humor brought smiles to every face and comfort to every heart. She was a beacon of light in any room. Her love for music and dancing was infectious, and she could no doubt bring life to any party. The vision of Audra getting dressed up in her favorite colors of purple and pink, ready for a night out, will be a fond memory treasured by all who knew her.
Audra is survived by her son, Bradley Zick, her sister, Candy Taylor, her brothers, Christopher and Gregory Hayes, and her nieces and nephews, Cody and Fauna Ellis and Jonathan Maciosek. She was a beloved sister, mother, and aunt, and her absence will be deeply felt by her family. Audra was predeceased by her mother, Claudia Hayes, her step-father Roy Hayes, and her grandmother, Barbara Socher. Their reunion brings us a sense of solace in these challenging times.
In memory of Audra, and in lieu of flowers, her loved ones have organized a fundraising campaign to help with funeral expenses. Although Audra's departure leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts, our collective donations would serve as a tribute to her indomitable spirit. The fundraising page can be found at the following URL: https://everloved.com/life-of…
Audra will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her love, grace, and life force will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the importance of kindness, love, acceptance, and humor. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
