Just recently I began thinking of Ashlyn and wondering how and where she was. Although we did not meet until Junior High School, we learned we were distant cousins on her mother Betty’s side of the family. I am saddened to learn of her passing. She was full of life when I knew her at the Augusta house on River Ridge Road. It seems she devoted her life to helping others learn and leaving a lasting legacy.
One of the coolest nights with Mrs Dugan was when I went with her and Ben to go see Foo Fighters and Motorhead. Taylor bailed which is why I was able to go. Fun night and great concert.
