Ashley Wagner, 36, passed away on October 18, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio. Born on February 17, 1985, in the same city she called home throughout her life, Ashley brought warmth, creativity, and unwavering love to those around her.

Ashley pursued a career in nursing, driven by a deep desire to care for others. While attending nursing school, she balanced the immense responsibilities of raising her three daughters—Alyssa Yeager, Marissa Yeager, and Eva Olsen—while working two jobs. Her determination and strength were evident in every aspect of her life as she worked tirelessly to provide a loving and stable home for her children.

Family was at the heart of everything Ashley did. She was a devoted mother, daughter, granddaughter, and sister. She is lovingly remembered by her parents Anthony Wagner and Lisa Neale; her daughters Alyssa, Marissa, and Eva; her grandmother Otillie Wagner; and her brother Tony Wagner. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion Nicholas Olsen and her stepmother Sheila Wagner.

Ashley had a passion for cooking that went beyond nourishment—it was an expression of love. Her meals were legendary among those who knew her best. She also found joy in art; painting and crafting allowed her to express herself creatively. Music played a constant role in Ashley’s life—her eclectic taste ranged from Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones to Eminem and old-school hip-hop. These sounds filled her home with energy and reflected the vibrant spirit she carried within.

Above all else, Ashley loved being with her children. Her devotion to them was boundless; they were the center of her world. Her legacy lives on through their lives and the countless memories they shared together.

Ashley Wagner will be remembered as a beautiful, magnificent soul whose love left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. May her memory bring comfort to those who carry her spirit forward each day.
