And saddenly departed this life within 1 hour of being born on March 21, 2002 at Gordon hospital in Calhoun Georgia she is proceeded in death by her grandfather Jimmy Wayne Mathis survivors include her mother Barbara Bork and her father Daniel Mathis, Grandmothers are Linda Eldridge of Chicago Illinois and Betty Bryant of Calhoun Georgia and grandfather Joseph Zsamboki of Calhoun Georgia

Services will be held at Ponders funeral home in Calhoun Georgia on March 25, at 1:30 and burial will be at 3:30pm on March 25 at hopper cemetery in ranger Georgia where this little angel can lay to rest
