Arthur “Art” Byron Whitney III
Age 71, of Bloomington, MN, passed away August 23, 2019, after a brief illness. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother and friend. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Byron Whitney, Jr, Lorraine Alice Whitney, and sister Elizabeth Anne Whitney.
