Art Turner was an incredibly inspiring and dedicated man. One of this three careers in life was as a member and eventual President of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 1100. We know Art has touched the lives of many, and being a part of the NALC community has greatly and positively impacted his family. We are so honored to host a celebration of his life and accomplishments with his NALC family and our own.
