Arthur W. D. Bullard Jr. passed away peacefully in his home on December 25, 2023, in Greenwich, NY. He was born to Arthur Bullard Sr and Esther Bullard Boyce on October 9, 1940.

Arthur served in the US Navy.  He also served as an Ironworker with Local Union #12 for 30 years.

Arthur is survived by his sons Robert and Craig Bullard, his grandchildren William, Scott, and Hunter Bullard, and his brother James Boyce, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur W.D. Bullard, Sr. and Esther Bullard Boyce, his wife Mary Foss Bullard, his son Scott Bullard, his brother Albert Bullard, and his step-sister June Waldron.

Arthur enjoyed woodworking, spending vacations in Florida, and visiting Disney with his wife. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

May he rest in peace in the company of the family members that passed before him.
