In loving memory of Arqullie “Penny” Womble faithful servant of Jehovah, loving wife, mother and grandmother and generous friend.

Penny was born October 14, 1949 to Charles and Arqullie Roland in Detroit, Michigan. Penny was the youngest of seven children.

Penny graduated from Chadsey High School in 1967.

Penny dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses as a teenager.

She married Thomas Womble on June 7, 1969. From this union were born three children.

Penny retired from Social Security Administration. She enjoyed helping people. Even after retirement she continued to offer assistance to others.

Penny loved to shop, dance, travel, attend concerts and spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed working in her garden and planting flowers. She was known to cook delicious dishes for her family and friends. She adored her “grand babies.”

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lauren.

Penny leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Thomas, her children, LaShone (Darryl) Caliman, Kendra (Damen) Diamond; her grandchildren Taylor, Jalynn, Jael, Krystal and Chase.

Revelation 21:3, 4: “And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from the eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
