Guests coming aboard for the ceremony are not charged admission to the Museum and are eligible to rough the Midway after the ceremony is completed. On arrival, please advise your guests to check in the with Midway Safety Team Member.

Unless otherwise instructed by the event manager, all guests should board via brow#1. Guests requiring boarding assistance may board via the passenger elevator at the main entrance via brow #3. The safety officer will instruct the guest to board via the quarterdeck, and once aboard, they can proceed to the flight deck for your ceremony. Passenger elevators operate from the pier to the hanger deck and from the hanger deck to the flight deck. Wheelchairs are available on the "first come" basis and may be collected on the pier or from the Visitor Information enter on the hangar deck.
