CW04, Arnold "Arnie" Turnquist, 88, passed away peacefully at his Carlsbad, CA home on December 16, 2021. Arnie was a decorated serviceman who served in US Navy for 35 years. Arnie was born on February 14, 1933 in Watertown, South Dakota, to his parents Cifford and Phyllis Turnquist. When he was just 18 he saw a Poster on the wall of the Post Office that said, "JOIN THE …
