Arne Raymond Hansen

11/19/1948 –  08/04/2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Arne Raymond Hansen, who passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2025 at the age of 76.

Ray Hansen was born on November 19th, 1948 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Arne Harry Hansen Jr. and Mildred Hansen (Waisner). He received his undergraduate degree from Central Bible College and a Masters in Biblical studies from The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He was in the ministry for over 30 years starting with his first church in 1978.

Ray Hansen was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to church. In his free time, he enjoyed stamp/coin collecting, and will be remembered most for connection to people and love of God. He was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Juanita Starr Hansen (Wilp), whom he married on November 25, 1967. He is also survived by his children: Bryan David Hansen (Christina), Michelle Lee Young (Ken), and Jennifer Renee Grafton.

Bryan and Christina are the proud parents of Kaitlyn, Tyler, Allison, and Jacqueline.

Ken and Michelle are the loving parents of Elizabeth, Rebekah (Matthew), Ken “Joey,” and Daniel.

Jennifer is the devoted mother of Sierra (Xavier), Brooke, Johnny, Christian, and Lauren.

Services will be held at Life Church, 2200 Sheridan Road Noblesville, Indiana on Friday August 8th, 2025 with visitation from 2pm-3pm. The memorial service will begin at 3pm. Pastor Nathan and Cathy Peternel will officiate the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to funeral expenses (Randall & Robert’s Funeral Home), or simply take a moment to share a memory.

Ray will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
