Arlene M. Stoop, 75 passed early Saturday morning. She spent the last five years focused on enjoying life whenever possible, despite fighting an aggressive cancer. On Tuesday she was hospitalized after her condition suddenly worsened and passed the morning of September 9th.
Arlene was born June 14, 1948, to Florence and William Nixon. She spent her childhood on a dairy farm in Franklin NJ with her parents and younger sisters. In 1966 she graduated from …
