Personal note from Arlene’s Family

Arlene Doris Brower, born on Feb 28, 1935, passed away peacefully on Oct 15, 2025. A fiercely witty, generous, loving, and selfless woman, she leaves a space that can never be filled.

Arlene will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Abby Perrone; son-in-law, Christopher Perrone; granddaughter, Emma Perrone; and son, Mitchell Brower. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Eugene (“Bill”) Brower, and her parents, Ethel and Murray Sherman.

In her earlier years, Arlene enjoyed spending her leisure time working on her embroidery skills and playing Mahjong with friends. She was an avid sports fan, who loved to watch the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, New York Yankees, and Miami Heat.

A movie and soap opera buff, Arlene rarely missed an episode of The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, Jeopardy!, or Wheel of Fortune. Her favorite song was 'Wind Beneath my Wings' by Bette Midler and was also fond of Herb Alpert.

A significant highlight of Arlene's life was her 66-year marriage to her devoted husband, Bill, and her fruitful 17-year tenure working for the Miami Dolphins. Her presence, humor, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with her.

In her passing, Arlene leaves behind a legacy wrapped in love, laughter, and countless memorable moments. To say she will be greatly missed is an understatement.
