Arlene Kay Brooks passed away on September 24,2019 peacefully at Annapolis hospital due to phenomena surrounded by friends and family. She is proceeded in death by her mother Sophie Brooks. She is survived by her 4 sisters Maryanne, Elaine, Donna , and Linda. 4 brothers Harold, Jerry, Donald, and Billy. Her 4 daughter’s Ashley, Amber, Tiffany, and Christa 7 grandchildren, Anthony, Calli, Junior, Cami, Brooklynn, Joseph, and Annabelle. Lots of friends and loved ones.
