Arneste (Arnetsia) Williams 80, of Chicago, IL, joined her parents and children in heaven, September 23, 2013. She was born December 15, 1932, in Helena, Arkansas. Arneste is the daughter of Evie Brown (Eva Williams) and Jettie Williams.
Arneste married Roy White and used the name Arneste White in 1951 in Helena, Arkansas. She later had a family with George Powell Jr. in Helena, Arkansas.
