April May Kozielski passed away unexpectedly early Easter morning, April 5th. While her passing was sudden, we take comfort in the sure hope that she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

April loved her family deeply. Her life was marked by a quiet strength and a remarkable willingness to open her home and heart to those who were wayward, offering care, grace, and a place to belong.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Kozielski; her mother, Barbara Combs; her father, James May; and her sisters, Debbie Young and Pam Neyman.

She is survived by her children, Collin Kozielski and Mary Kozielski, and her five beloved grandchildren, Casey, Deacon, Bailey, Carson, and Zoie, who will continue to carry her memory forward.

Though she will be greatly missed, her family rejoices in the promise of the resurrection and the assurance that she is now fully healed and home with Christ.

In Lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in memory of April to Gateway Rescue Mission or Lakeside Presbyterian Church.
