Cathy, Joni and Family,

We send our sincere condolences on the loss of Andy.  We share so many memories of Andy during our junior and high school years - band, Troop 91, and many classes and school activities.  Andy was a good story-teller and always found a way to bring a smile and make us laugh. We are very glad we had a chance to have a good visit with him at our last class reunion. He was our friend, and we will miss him. 

Andy and I were roommates freshman year at OU through a blind draw, and struggled some because we were very different people. However, Andy was consistently bright and positive during those days - at times, probably more than I deserved. Years later, we ran into each other at his son's Beta initiation, and he was as friendly and kind as he was all those years ago. I never forgot that.

A class guy, who I have no doubt was a tremendous influence on everyone, even in the toughest of times he faced.  RIP Andy....

Joni I am so very sorry for your loss. Holding you close in our hearts. May God surround you with peace and comfort.

When Andy was planning on asking Joni to marry him, he was explaining how the size of the diamond doesn’t matter … it’s just a symbol..   He wasn’t about to spend a bunch of money on a diamond.   

As it turned out… he bought a diamond bigger than anyone else in the group had.  When it came to Joni…. He was all talk.  

I have missed the debates that Andy and Randy had about life.  But I know Randy was waiting with open arms as Andy was received into Heaven.   I am sure Randy said, “Want a beverage Puddly?”  I love you guys
